Items must be sealed, unused, and in their original packaging
Returns are accepted only if:

An incorrect item, brand, or dosage is delivered
The product does not match the order description
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened, unsealed, or used products.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide clear instructions on how and where to return the item. Refunds will only be processed after the returned product has been inspected and confirmed to meet return conditions.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing time is 5–10 working days after approval
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Partial refunds may apply if only part of an order is returned
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible
